Actor and singer Josh Gad is making his debut as a comic book writer with “The Writer” from Dark Horse Comics. Co-written with Ben and Max Berkowitz, and featuring art by Ariel Olivetti, the series promises to blend cultural folklore with high-octane adventure.

In “The Writer,” readers will follow Stan Siegel, an established storyteller known for his heroic and fantastical comic book stories. However, Stan’s life takes a dark turn when he is thrust into a Nazi occult-fueled nightmare, leading to a thrilling saga of folklore, magic, and high-speed chases.
